The design process

• You send us a reply using the response email form and upload an image of the logo you would like embroidered
• We receive your logo and use our software to convert this into an embroidery file.  A digital image of the embroidered logo can be sent to show you the embroidered effect
• We then load this file into our embroidery machine to produce a sample for you to approve
• Having approved the logo and after any correction that might be needed, your chosen garment is embroidered
• Any large orders are scheduled for production on our multihead machine to ensure a quick turnaround
